Returns!

Online orders placed from December 1st to December 15th, 2023, may be returned until January 15th, 2024, for a full refund unless marked as a final sale.
Items purchased at a discount of 50% or more are final sale and, therefore, not eligible for return.
All orders shipped internationally are final sale; final sale items cannot be returned.

An item is considered a final sale if the item is discounted 50% or more AFTER a special sale event where customers can enjoy an extra 15% or 20% off sale merchandise.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with original tags.
When returning footwear, please do not use the shoe box as a shipping box.

Swimwear and lingerie are final sale.

How does this work?



Log in to your account.



In “my orders,” please select the order you wish to return and click on “return.”




Select the item and the return reason.


Print the return form and put it in the package along
with the items, you wish to return in their original packaging.


Please pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package
and ship return using a carrier of your choice.


Please note!
Jewelry and shoes must be returned in original packaging.
We recommend insuring the package for the full retail value (agnès b. is not liable for lost packages)
and retain your tracking number for reference.

Return restrictions

We have the right to deny any credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you, and a refund will not be granted.
Returns are only possible from the country where the items were delivered.


Refund



You can track the refund in your account in “my returns.”


Once your item has been received in our warehouse, please expect 10 days for your order refund to go through.
The tracking number will help you to know if the package has been received.


We will not refund the initial delivery costs only if you return your entire order.


Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment only.
agnès b. will reimburse the amount paid by the buyer within thirty (30) days starting from the date of receiving the package by agnès b.
Refund confirmation will be sent to the email provided at checking out only.
Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.
