RETURN POLICY

agnès b. customers have 14 days from the receiving date to return full price or sale items.
Items purchased at a discount of 50% or more are Final Sale and therefore not eligible for return or exchange.
Final sale items cannot be returned. 

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached.

REFUND

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment only.
agnès b. will reimburse the amounts paid by the buyer within thirty (30) days starting from the date of reception of the package by agnès b.
Refund confirmation will be sent to the email provided at checking out only.
Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.
Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.

RETURN RESTRICTIONS

We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned do not meet our return policy requirements.
If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and a refund will not be granted.

RETURN BY MAIL

Please pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package.
Jewelry and shoes must be returned in original packaging.

Ship return using a carrier of your choice.
We recommend insuring the package for the full retail value (agnès b. is not liable for lost packages) and retaining your tracking number for reference.

  • Go to “MY ORDERS” and select the order number you wish to return
  • Click “RETURN”
  • Select the item you wish to return by clicking “choose this product”
  • Select “Return reason” 
  • Click “CONFIRM MY ORDER”
  • Select “Return by mail” and Click “SEND RETURN REQUEST”
  • Click “PRINT THE RETURN REQUEST” and include it inside the return package

RETURN IN STORE

Please note that retail staff will not be able to process immediate refunds. Any returns brought to stores will be logged and processed for a refund within 7 business days.
