How do I place an order?


You can order directly from the online store.

Choose your item, size and quantity then click on "Add to cart". You can do this from the catalogue, the quick look window or the product page.

When you put items into your cart, you’ll see a little shopping bag icon on the top right of your screen.

You can see the contents of your cart by hovering your mouse over the icon at the top right.

To access the details of your cart, click on proceed to checkout from your little shopping bag, or click directly on the icon.

Once in your cart, you can enter any promotional codes you may have.

You can also choose your country and delivery options.

Click on "proceed to checkout" to confirm your cart contents.

Once you’ve confirmed your selection, complete your purchase in 3 steps:

  • Step 1: Identification. If you have an account, sign in and your personal details will appear to speed up the purchase process. If you don’t have an account, you can either order as a guest or create an account to make future purchases easier and to track your orders.
  • Step 2: Delivery. During this step you enter your billing and/or delivery address (if the latter is different). If you have an account, this information is already filled in for you.
  • Step 3: Payment. Enter your payment card details. Don’t forget to agree to the sales terms and conditions to validate your purchase. Once your payment has been verified, your order will be confirmed. Your account will only be debited after your order has been dispatched.

If an item is sold out, can you let me know when it is back in stock?


Actually, we don’t often restock items on the online store, except for our classic "Permanent" items. However, if you’d like more information about a certain article, please contact customer service.

You can cancel an order right up until the moment we start preparing it. To cancel your order, contact customer service, giving them your name and order number.

How long does my basket remain active?


Your basket stays active permanently. That means you can come back to the site any time, and if you’re using the same device, you’ll find your basket as you left it.

If you’re browsing the site from different devices (PC, tablet, phone), we suggest you create an account and sign in before adding items to your shopping basket. That way you can access your selection from any device.


If you are not completely satisfied with your order, submit a return request from your account.

1) Log in to your account to select the product you wish to return and select the reason for the return. Save your selection, download the return form and print.
2) Include the printed return form in the return package. The return form will be used to process your refund.
3) Ship the package using the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a carrier that will provide you with a return tracking number.

Please note the agnès b. website and stores work independently. Online orders cannot be returned or exchanged through an agnès b. store.

Exchanges can be made within 30 days of receipt and are subject to availability, as item(s) you wish to exchange may be out of stock or no longer available.
All sale and discounted items can be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of the delivery date.
The items are discounted more than 50% off become FINAL SALE. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged.
After 14 days of the delivery date, all sale items become Final Sale.

The refund will be credited back to the original form of payment method used to make your purchase.

An exchange will be processed upon availability. If an item is unavailable, a refund will be processed.

Wynd Second Day (US) - $14 -$21
Delivery occurs in 2 business days by the shipper (within the contiguous U.S).

Wynd Next Day (US) - $22- $40
Delivery occurs in 1 business day by the shipper (within the contiguous U.S).

Wynd Worldwide (Canada) - $60 -$82
Delivery occurs in 2 to 4 business days. (Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout.). International shipping.

Processing: Internet orders are processed Monday - Friday. Orders placed before 12 PM EST will ship the following business day. Orders placed after 12 PM will ship the second business day. Delivery: wynd picks up, packs and ships your orders.

All orders shipped within the United States are delivered by UPS, carefully packed and handled via our partnership with Wynd.

If you would like to schedule a delivery intercept, reroute your package, or attempt redelivery, you will be responsible for the associated charges. We also recommend enrolling in UPS My Choice. It's free and easy and will allow you to manage your deliveries.

On packages without signature requirement or other instruction, UPS drivers are permitted, at their discretion, to not leave a package on a doorstep/stoop if they deem the location unsafe for release.

Please note we do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
