We can only deliver within the United States and Canada with UPS from Monday to Friday, except for public holidays.
We ship all orders without Signature Guarantee Service.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information.
If the package gets delivered to the wrong address provided by a customer, we are responsible for stolen or lost packages.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, Guam, Palau, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, and the Federated States of Micronesia.
UPS will make delivery attempts before returning your merchandise to us.
If you would like to schedule a delivery intercept, reroute your package, or attempt redelivery, you will be responsible for the associated charges.

It is free and easy and will allow you to manage your deliveries.
On packages without signature requirement or other instruction, UPS drivers are permitted, at their discretion, to not leave a package on a doorstep/stoop if they deem the location unsafe for release.
Canadian customers are responsible for import duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout.
