Items purchased at a discount of 50% or more are final sale and therefore not eligible for return or exchange.
Final sale items cannot be returned.
An item is considered a final sale if the item is discounted 50% or more AFTER a special sale event where
customers can enjoy an extra 15% or 20% off sale merchandise.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached.
When returning footwear, please do not use the shoebox as a shipping box.
Swimwear and lingerie are final sale.
How does this work?
Log in to your account.
In “my orders,” please select the order you wish to return and click on “return.”
Select the item and the return reason.
Print the return form and put it in the package along
with the items you wish to return in their original packaging.
Please pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package
and ship return using a carrier of your choice.
Jewelry and shoes must be returned in original packaging.
We recommend ensuring the package for the full retail value (agnès b. is not liable for lost packages)
and retaining your tracking number for reference.

Return restrictionsWe have the right to deny any credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and a refund will not be granted

Once your item has been received in our warehouse, please expect 10 days for your order refund to go through.
The tracking number will help you to know if the package has been received.
Only if you return your entire order, we will refund you the initial delivery costs.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment only.
