How can I change or add a delivery address?

 

During your order

During Step 2: Delivery you can choose delivery to your billing address or to another address by ticking the box marked "Different shipping address". If you have an account, you can choose from your different listed addresses.

You should ensure that your shipping address is in the same country as the one listed in your shopping cart. Otherwise, you’ll have to return to your cart to change the delivery country, or change websites if your delivery country is not listed.

From your account

If you have an account on the online store, you can access your address book at any time by signing in to your account ("my account") at the top right of your screen.

Once you’ve signed in, if you hover your mouse over "my account", you can click directly on "my addresses" or access your "dashboard" then click on "manage my shipping addresses".

To add a new address, click on "add new address" and complete the required fields. Save the information, and then make this your "primary address". This way the address will be automatically chosen during your next order.

How can I track my order?

 

Once you’ve confirmed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email reminding you of your purchase details.

Then, when your order is ready, it will be dispatched to the delivery address you’ve chosen.

When your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirming that your order has been sent, with a link to the courier’s site to show your order’s progress.

The order-tracking link is only available from the email confirming that your order has been dispatched.

You can access your current or past orders at any time by signing in to your account ("my account") at the top left of the screen.

Once you’ve signed in, by hovering your mouse over "my account" you can click directly on "my orders". Or access your "Dashboard", then click on "see my order" in the grey "my orders" box.

This is how you can check on your order status.

If your order shows the status "order dispatched", a "track my order" link will appear. 

This link will send you directly to the courier’s site.

RETURN CONDITIONS

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, submit a return request from your account.

1) Log in to your account to select the product you wish to return and select the reason for the return. Save your selection, download the return form and print.
2) Include the printed return form in the return package. The return form will be used to process your refund.
3) Ship the package using the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a carrier that will provide you with a return tracking number.

Please Note: We do not accept in-store returns at this time.

Exchanges can be made within 30 days of receipt and are subject to availability, as item(s) you wish to exchange may be out of stock or no longer available.
All sale and discounted items can be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of the delivery date.
The items are discounted more than 50% off become FINAL SALE. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged.
After 14 days of the delivery date, all sale items become Final Sale.

Refund:
The refund will be credited back to the original form of payment method used to make your purchase.

Exchanges:
An exchange will be processed upon availability. If an item is unavailable, a refund will be processed.
